Robert hasn't given a description of themselves yet.I have recently come across the idea of Community Leaders and I am finding it hard to reconcile that the PCT are community leaders. Has anyone come across any good practice or could point me in the right direction?
I feel that the governments enpowerment agenda is individualising communities and moving away from collective action,enabling Statutory agencies to ingnore the collective voice
