Liam spent much of his youth in Toronto, Canada, inhaling tear gas at international trade summits, mobilising teenagers to fight exorbitant tuition fees and getting people in his neighbourhood to make the lives of local neo-Nazis generally unbearable. Since then, he has come to England and learned that change happens in many different ways… Supporting community leaders to develop projects and small organisations at the Scarman Trust, and working voluntarily with community groups to secure funding and facilitate partnerships provides the context for Liam’s current role at Campaigning Effectiveness.
