I agree with Emma, I think it might be due to a lot of organisations realising their funding is about to become a lot more uncertain and that recruiting a fundraiser may be a wise investment. Who knows, maybe a lot of these organisations never had anyone in a fundraising specific role before and feel now is the right time to recruit one...?
