As a Senior Manager, I advise the Chairman and Chief Executive on how the British Red Cross develops and implements a programme of action to maintain sector-leading standards of governance support. This involves trustee recruitment and development, as well as corporate policy-making and managing the Society's major business meetings.
In relation to the question on trends and the future, I thought I would share an extract from the report developed by my syndicate group when doing the first part of the Windsor Leadership Trust Programme last year.
