A volunteer who thought she was going to attend one meeting a month and now finds herself having just about one day a month off :-)
I have read as much as I can about the localism bill and find that I believe it could be a good idea and it could work but.................. everyone locally has to feel the same otherwise it will be like banging your head against a brick wall. A familiar feeling if you are trying to make things better for all.
